Welcome to the Mullingar Canoe Club website. Based in the town of Mullingar, Westmeath, Ireland we are a growing club with paddlers of all levels. We regularly paddle the River Inny and also organise trips further afield during the winter months.

Mullingar Canoe Club has been in existence since the early 1980's and has more than 40 members. We also have a good selection of boats and equipment and are currently in the process of buying new equipment which will be available to everyone in the club.

We orgainse weekly trips to the River Inny at Ballymahon which provide a good opportunity to learn new skills and improve old ones on a good level 2 river. We also regularly use a local swimming pool which, as well as being perfect for honing those skills is also a great social event.

In previous years trips away to Clare Glens, Bundoracha, Easkey, Annamoe, Dargle, Upper Liffey, Glenmacknass, Flesk Roughty, Kerry Blackwater, Avonmore, Duff, Norway, France and Ballintrillick have been organised and well attended.
