Well done to all the members who competed in the Liffey Descent last year. Congratulations to Trish Corcoran and Carol Beyer who recently passed the Level 1 Instructors course. Also, congratulations to Harry Byrne, Marie and Martina Boyd and Willie Kilby on passing their Level 2 proficiancy and Stephen Dunne, Owen Murtagh and Mary Lynch on Passing their Level 3. In previous years trips away to Clare Glens, Bundoracha, Easkey, Annamoe, Dargle, Upper Liffey, Glenmacknass, Flesk Roughty, Kerry Blackwater, Avonmore, Duff, Norway, France and Ballintrillick have been organised and well attended. This winter there will, know doubt, be many more trips throughout Ireland and beyond.
